2. Do you sell systems worldwide?
Yes, Trivexa Ai systems are available globally. As long as you have internet access, you can purchase and implement our digital systems from anywhere in the world. We support international clients and tailor solutions to fit businesses across regions and industries.
3. What time zone is the scheduling for?
We operate in Eastern Standard Time (New York Time Zone)
4. Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. For further inquiries about refund policy please email us at info@trivexaai.com.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) CashApp, Amazon Pay, Klarna and PayPal payments. For all payments involving Crypto currency, Wire transfer, Venmo, etc. please email us at info@trivexaai.com.
6. When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and crafted from our office location. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and will start being assembled as soon as possible.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
On average 1-2 weeks. During high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
8. What if I don't receive my system?
If your system hasn’t been delivered within the expected time, first check your email (including spam or promotions folders). If it’s still missing, contact our support team immediately. We’ll verify your purchase and make sure your system is delivered without delay.
9. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
No customs duties apply, since this is a digital product with no physical shipment. However, depending on your country, you may be required to pay VAT, GST, or other digital service taxes at checkout. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
10. How do I return an item?
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you experience any issues with your purchase, our team is here to help. Just contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
11. What if the systems(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or incomplete?
If you experience any issues with your download—such as broken files, incorrect content, or missing elements—reach out to us immediately. We’ll review the issue and ensure you receive the correct, working version of your purchase as quickly as possible.
12. When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
